Đoạn clip ghi lại vào sáng ngày 20/8/2013 tại Bà Rịa
- Vũng Tàu. Anh Lê Quốc Quyết bị cảnh sát giao thông chặn xe gây sự và sách nhiễu. Trong lúc tranh cãi, lợi dụng lúc anh Quyết quay đi chỗ khác, một tên mật vụ giả dạng côn đồ bất ngờ lao đến, trên tay cầm theo
một hòn đá to đập một cú cực mạnh vào đầu anh Quyết (Facebook Quyet Le Quoc).
Đoạn clip ngắn ghi lại hình ảnh lúc anh Quyết bị nện
đá vào đầu. Trước mặt CA mà những tên côn đồ này dám tác oai tác quái như vậy
chứng tỏ bọn chúng đã được bảo kê.
Video quay chậm cho thấy tên côn đồ được CA bảo kê
đã ra tay hết sức tàn bạo bằng một đòn đánh lén hèn hạ.
Cũng may là anh Quyết đã kịp lui đầu, cú đập của tên
côn đồ vì thế đã đập mạnh vào phần cổ và vai của nạn nhân. Nếu không tránh kịp
chắc có lẽ anh Quyết sẽ phải nhập viện vì chấn thương sọ não.
Ngoài việc bị đánh, những tên côn đồ được CA bảo kê
đã đập phá và tấn công chiếc xe của anh Quyết. Trên xe lúc đó có chị Trần Thị
Nga và con nhỏ.
Anh Lê Quốc Quyết là em trai của luật sư Lê Quốc
Quân, hiện đang bị giam giữ với tội danh cáo buộc mang tên 'trốn thuế'.

As previously
reported, on Aug. 17, 2013, police in disguise as motorists assaulted a
woman and her child in a hotel in Saigon. Today, Aug. 20, 2013, those outlaw
thugs, through their illegal and extremely aggressive behavior, continued to
attack the bloggers who had come to support the appeals of Nguyen Phuong Uyen
and Nguyen Dinh Kha in Long An.
At 10 am today, Tran Thi Nga, Le Quoc Quyet, Dinh
Van Thi, several bloggers and their friends were returning to Saigon from Vung
Tau. Before leaving the city line, the travelers were unexpectedly stopped by
traffic police of Vung Tau City. Replying to Le Quoc Quyet’s questions, a
traffic police hesitatingly told him the security agents ordered the stop.
Momentarily, a group of six or seven thugs, who have
been chasing the bloggers and their friends from Saigon to Vung Tau in the past
few days, rushed in to beat Le Quoc Quyet and Dinh Van Thi brutally. Le Quoc
Quyet was lucky to escape a fatal strike with rocks on his head but suffers a
major injury on the shoulder and lips. The thugs dragged Dinh Van Thi out of
the vehicle and brutally kicked and beat him. Meanwhile, they violently smashed
the vehicle, causing multiple damages.
Witnessing the violent and lawless actions of those
plainclothes security agents, the three traffic police, who stopped the
travelers, were caught in complete surprise. Later, facing with a tremendous
public angry, the traffic police collaborated with the crowd to subdue and
arrest three thugs, and then escorted them to police headquarters in Vung Tau.
Vung Tau Police attempted to cover up the incident
to protect the thugs. However, the public angry forced them to make a police
report with the witness of the involved traffic police. Although the bloggers
could not see the face of the thugs, they learned that they are Phan Nhat Ton,
born 1990, residing at Xuan Lap Thuong, Cu Chi, Saigon; both Le Quoc Phong,
born 1988, and Nguyen Minh Phuoc, born 1986, reside in Di An, Binh Duong.
